PLEASE SHARE....I CAN RELATE (MY FAMILY HAS SUFFERED TOO.) I'M NOT FEELING TOO WELL RIGHT NOW, IT'S STRESSFUL AND THE BASTARDS AT THE LARKIN LIBRARY INCLUDING ADMIN GOVT MULES ARE LAUGHING AGAIN...JUST LIKE THEY SAID THAT THE NY VICTIMS IN THE TRAIN THESE PAST FEW DAYS WERE "WELL DESERVED", BECAUSE WE'RE AMERICANS AND LAW ABIDING CITIZENS. I AM DEALING WITH MY RAGE AGAINST THESE TERRORISTS. I AM NOT VIOLENT BUT MY RAGE IS JUSTIFIED AND I AM CALM RIGHT NOW. WORRIED ABOUT MY BROTHERS, MY SISTERS AND NEICES HAVE BEEN THREATENED TOO. I AM MAKING MY WAY TO SAN DIEGO EVENTUALLY AND I AM DAMNED IF THEY WILL FORCE ME TO STAY HERE BY STEALING MY $$$ AGAINT. SYLVIA LYDIA MORELOS

MARK DOES NOT WANT ME "THAT'S NOT WHAT YOU'RE GONNA DO", HE SAID,OF MY SUBMITTING MY OWN PICS TO SITES. 911...SYLVIA LYDIA MORELOS

www.sylvialydiamorelos.blogspot.com hate crimes brutal here. trying to force me to stay. i hate san francisco. sexual violence i encounter in the tech lab (or don't come back, sylvia, for their perversions to continue), every time i'm here and they don't pay attention to the services here just harassing me. Mark encourages the intimidation. Sal in the afternoon does the same. 911. i'm tired of living in fear, of my LIFE, my family and friends lives, my PROPERTY is ALWAYS GETTING STOLEN, and they are THREATENING TO STEAL MY SSDA electronic via the GENERAL DELIVERY 94142 and iff i "lose" it. entrapment also. sexually harassed all the time. gang members running the sanctuary and their friends involved, STAFF IS PERVERSE there in more ways than one. My reservation ends tomorrow. i left TODAY. I hate these criminals. 911. Women Under Seige.org.....the audacity of their entitlement of these types just ASTOUND me. hate crimes against me are brutal...please read www.sylvialydiamorelos.blogspot.com and Sylvia Lydia Morelos and Sylvia Sun Sol on google. I'm a poet and writer and a former writer for the UCLA DAILY VIEWPOINT in 1997, BA '03, Latin American Studies. I"M ALSO A LIBERTARIAN, yes, OFFICIALLY. Hate crimes against me based on gender, politics, EDUCATION, DISABILITY (?), crimes against humanity (systematic), MEXICAN partly has also been an issue for these types at the sanctuary, and being DECENT AND NON CRIMINAL aside from being HIGLY EDUCATED, and my faith (persecution of, uh, no i'm not into fundamentalism. If Mark comes in here to intimidate me with his hoodrats and fellow sex offenders i will puke. 911. Thanks. Gang violence and stalking including by them is being promoted here. Sylvia Lydia Morelos 713 987 3933 sylmor1974@yahoo.com, sylviamor1974@gmail.com, sylmor1974@aol.com, and All Poetry.com, BOOKSIE.com (cults and cults leaders, dangers of, please read). freedom of exprssion is a right and the hoodrats who are sooooo territorial about their social services, including GA, will and threaten rape and try to make ME out to be crazy. civil liberties and human rights abuses by these places (aforementioned) are extremely high. they threaten to steal from me at general delivery including my storycorps CD from the library of congress (where at the sanctuary one staff who is on the phone all day and openly abrasive to decent women promised to break it in two if it got there. i never got it. ) I DO NOT LIKE BEING MANHANDLED, TECHNO STYLE OR OTHERWISE. the sanctuary needs to be shut down. abuses are extreme and so are the cover ups and in the tenderloin tech lab too. they pride themselves on this shit. 911 the dangers in rape crimes and other crimes against women like me in san francisco ca. "see ya", threatens mark again (because i said san francisco and not the tenderloin *only*.) the nerve of these rapists, i'm tellin ya. Sylvia Lydia Morelos

this pertains to me too. living in constant fear for my life and body is something these bastards thrive on and they won't stop until i'm dead. that's kind of a given. i'm not an idiot. i'm still thriving though. the bastard at computer 35 right now, reserved per MARK up at the front desk gloat with their authority. I hear lots of shit about mark and his perversion. I take his intimidation towards me and sexual harassment personal and *I* do something about it. San Francisco has a horrifying history of HATE CRIMES against rape victims like me too (yes, i have been there twice in the past before this started. Personal. Luckily for them it wasn't them. I think they're smirking about it now though. Sylvia Lydia Morelos....behavioral health, community research foundation, chula vista ca 619 427 4661, Michael Juan is the main perpetrator and stalker. always gloating that he's not sorry and that he never will be. I've survived a LOT in spite of him. and he loves extremisms and mysogynism. I'm surrounded by these bastards and their prostitutes here and their gang members at the SANCTUARY. St. Anthony's enables criminals....and they continue crimes against me for speaking out against them ONLINE in my PRIVATE ACCOUNTS. if anyone can keep an eye on these bastards outside of san francisco that'd be great. they are FUCKing with a disabled woman. details later. they PHYSICALLY want/ed to disable me (again, ahhhh the hit and run in houston, METATARSAL FRACTURE wasn't enough on my left foot and i just found out this week that the driver came from here....they implicated Trevor Timm. I never saw the driver myself. I just found this out. Shocker, not really. The fact that I "talk too much" and Mark has the tendency to defend Trevor (and vice versa) is obvious. I'm stating thefacts. this is the tenderloin so they have the tendency to cover up crimes SERIOUS crimes, hate crimes included. Looks like $$$ talks. Blood money. No shit. historically speaking, they haven't changed and they scapegoat and murder others like me. I'm still here and no, it's a mental challenge and I DON"T TAKE THREATS NOR VIOLENCE NOR ENTRAPMENT MENTAL ABUSE SEXUAL HARASSMENT, PRO SEX OFFENDERS, PRO CHILD ABUSE SO THEY CAN "walk around and not pretend to be who they aren't anymore" SERIOUSly. I don't intend to ALLOW them to KILL me much less hold me hostage to their threats and fears of murder to me or my own. Terrorism came from here. Only good that came from being here these past 3 months is the information that they kept babbling about and how nothing "ever happens without Trevor Timm's knowledge." and that "all the rumors about EFF and TREVOR TIMM are true." per one of them. Now they want to know my sources. Tough shit shirlocks. Sylvia Lydia Morelos

INFOR AND FY/HELP TO FBI.....GOOD PLACE TO REPORT CRIME AND BY RESPONSIBLE AND HONEST, NON VIOLENT VICTIMS LIKE ME. MY BROTHER JOSE ANTHONY MORELOS, 06/06/75 WAS A VICTIM OF GANG VIOLENCE. ANTI GANG VIOLENCE SHOULD BE PROMOTED. HELP WITH THIS NATIONWIDE. THESE BASTARDS ARE GLOATING. SYLVIA LYDIA MORELOS

There is a lot of corruption here in San Francisco. I have evidence to govt corruption that criminals are trying to steal. Because of the stalking I "forgot" a bag of mine with personal items in it today. I'm sick of living in fear with threats to my life on a daily basis. The Sanctuary is no Sanctuary at all, it is a "shelter" where crime takes place on a continual basis and my life as well as the lives of others have been threatened as well because I am "decent" and I make them feel "uncomfortable." The criminals VIOLENT types as well (tenderloin area has a history of this) walk around like they are entitled to people like me, law abiding citizens. I am an educated, alumna UCLA BA 2003 and a writer/poet, www.sylvialydiamorelos.blogspot.com. They keep committing crimes against the disabled (personal). I am a woman and "pretty" and they keep sexually harassing me. The crimes at the SANCTUARY are committed by gang members who run the place and they gloat about who they know in other government offices. I have legitimate proof of what they have stolen from me, and they gloat that the bag that I "lost" today may have some of these documents (copies that I made). You can find me on FACEBOOK as well on Sylvia Lydia Morelos as I have pictures and documentation of these crimes. They hate me having a phone camera. I am a writer and a poet, activist (part of CREDO too). San Francisco has been brutal and they threaten to follow me back to San Diego. They have also threatened to steal my SSDA electronic card from General Delivery. They have stolen documents (govt) from me before, and I have a CAD # (I was intimidated from filing a restraining order against Julia Smith at the Sanctuary. It is getting filthier there too (i.e. pad with menstrual blood on floor, etc.) it should have been in non compliance ages ago; they took off the SHELTER MONITORING COMMITTEE rights and protections for shelter women like me after *I* read that "Staff has the [obligation to] treat all [shelter clients] equally [and with respect] in the application of shelter rules and grievance policies. They take off legitimate concerns and ignore abuses committed against people like me who has a record of a disability. (Can't say what; online privacy an issue. The Tenderloin Tech Lab is a problem, as is St Anthony's church. The sanctuary should be shut down. Horrible crimes and human rights abuses/violations committed there. I am due to leave 12/5/13...they have been threatening me. "Smartass", I was called by a "supervisor" last night. ---------is my ss number. CRIMES ARE BRUTAL HERE. www.sylvialydiamorelos.blogspot.com and Sylvia Sun Sol on Google. I had to cut my hair short in Sacramento due to sexual harassment and objectification. BEing stalked by criminals too. Violence is brutal against disabled individuals too and they try to make me look like i'm one of them. Discrimination/hate crimes high: gender, politic, faith, disability, and race so far against me. Sylvia Lydia Morelos

UnlikeLike I dislike this About Share Add to Transcript Statistics Report . Published on Oct 29, 2012 I am sending this to YouTube for the SECOND time because it was NOT allowed to post the first time. I am receiving cranks calls from out of state too. the 619 number is freaky as when u call it back it says "goodbye". if it no longer does this after I post this, it is an orchestration. lot of evil here in San Diego. A helicopter passed by on cue when I first recorded this , and it may not be audible if you dont wear earphones when listening to this. And I was also threatened a little later when i could not post this the first time. I'm not afraid anymore though. I know I will be murdered no matter how this turns out as so far I am right. Now I am being told that no one will view this on YouTube. lol. Like it bothers me. They manipulate snap shots of me (visuals) to make me out to be crazy, they'll do it again too. I'm more grounded now though with the fact that I'm not afraid of them . Fear doesnt rule me. The fact that they will murder me no matter how this turns out does not scare me at all. Im not suicidal in the least either. Please read my blog at www.sylvialydiamorelos.blogspot.com. Everything that I'm going thru is on there. They will also try to kill my mind (menticide) and personality, especially when I really piss them off. They keep saying that I'm being watched, ...I don't care. I'm documenting. The resources provided here can be modified to suit the needs of any community. Local Civil Rights Restoration Campaign The Local Civil Rights Restoration Campaign (LCRRC) protects the fundamental rights and liberties of law-abiding Americans to be free of arbitrary monitoring, surveillance, detention, search, or arrest by local law enforcement authorities; and focuses local law enforcement agencies on their core public safety mission. In particular, the LCRRC limits local law enforcement agencies' participation in domestic surveillance, intelligence collection, and immigration enforcement, while restoring Fourth Amendment rights increasingly eroded by domestic surveillance. The LCRRC also includes strong protections against profiling according to race, religion, country of origin, or political speech; undercover infiltration of activist groups; and cooperation between local law enforcement agencies and military personnel. Finally, it includes a private right of action, and liquidated damages, for individuals whose rights are violated. Restore due process and the right to trial President Obama signed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) into law by on December 31, 2011. It contains provisions that allow the military to arrest, indefinitely detain, and deny a trial or day in court to anyone—even US citizens—accused of a “belligerent act,” or any terror-related offense. The NDAA subjects these individuals to arbitrary detention without trial, denying the Fifth Amendment's guarantee of due process and Sixth Amendment rights to challenge evidence and confront one's accusers. The NDAA also endangers First and Fourth Amendment rights, because the PATRIOT Act expanded the definition of “material support for terrorism” to include crimes of speech and association even by defendants who neither committed nor ever intended to support violence. One of the most effective ways to keep public attention on due process is to organize support for local statements or resolutions opposing military detention and supporting the right to trial. Resolution on executive accountability for torture This resolution aims to restore the Nuremberg precedent and bring to justice all former and current government officials who approved or committed torture. It authorizes local authorities to investigate federal officials, engages them in continuing efforts to gain transparency into evidence that remains secret; and expresses the view of the municipality that the federal government should pursue both prosecution and an independent commission. An optional provision authorizes local law enforcement agencies to arrest and detain former officials accused of torture if discovered within the jurisdiction. Kurt Daims, Coordinator for Torture Prosecution under Universal Jurisdiction, is available to assist with your local efforts to pass this ordinance. Toolkit for local campaigns This detailed toolkit offers step-by-step guidance about how to organize a coalition in your city or town, build public support for a civil liberties agenda, reach out to local officeholders, and achieve concrete change to protect constitutional rights. The toolkit is also available as a PDF. For more information on these campaigns, or to receive support for your local efforts from BORDC, please email Grassroots Campaign Coordinator Emma Roderick. How You Can Help BORDC Restore the Rule of Law

BORDC is political organizing at its best. It gives ordinary people concrete ways to get involved in the struggle for justice in the wake of 9/11. It deserves our support. --Professor David Cole, Georgetown University Law Center, Legal Affairs correspondent for The Nation magazine

Join an affinity group

The People's Campaign for the Constitution recently launched our first national affinity groups, and they're off to a great start. Our legal professionals group has three projects currently underway:
  • Seeking transparency into fusion centers by using state FOIA and Sunshine laws
  • Promoting executive accountability for torture by developing and enacting local ordinances asserting jurisdiction to investigate and prosecute torture, filing ethics complaints in state bar associations against former government lawyers complicit in torture, and offering opportunities for the public to support those complaints.
  • Public education by organizing volunteers to write op-eds, letters to the editor, or blog posts
To get involved in the legal professionals group, see their current volunteer opportunities.
Our educators affinity group also has three projects underway:
  • Developing lesson plans and interactive teaching tools for K-12 teachers and students connecting civics, history and language arts curriculum to current events and issues.
  • Developing a report for policymakers on behalf of teachers concerned about how school security measures impact students, their expectations of privacy, and our constitutional culture.
  • Forming a teacher peer network to assist teachers in navigating complex policy-related situations
The PCC also organizes affinity groups for health professionals, clergy and religious lay-leaders, and students. These groups are currently under development and seek motivated members to play a coordinating role among their colleagues.

  1. Reach out to people you know, and build a local campaign and plan further outreach
  2. Build a coalition from across the political spectrum by promoting the campaign and creating a dialogue
  3. Hold representatives accountable by holding Town Halls or other public forums
The toolkit includes suggestions and advice, as well as templates for fliers, brochures, social networking tools, and other educational material to better inform your community about civil liberties.

Become a guest blogger

BORDC is looking for people to join the editorial team of the People's Campaign for the Constitution blog as a guest editor. Guest editors commit to post just twice a week, on a specific day of their choice.
We are looking for volunteer bloggers to post content on designated days concerning the core rule of law issues currently facing our nation: surveillance, detention, torture, and secrecy. Posts can be as simple as a short summary of existing material, linking to the original source—or potentially more involved, featuring your original writing for review and editing by BORDC's staff.
Our interests include multimedia content, which could include YouTube videos of speeches or rallies, editorial cartoons, or anything else relating to civil liberties and the rule of law. We ultimately hope to engage your creative ideas to help inform and educate your fellow Americans. And while ideas are always welcome, what we're looking for at the moment is your time.
Check out the PCC Blog.

Give a guest presentation at a local school

Teaching young people about the Constitution and Bill of Rights is one of the most important ways to protect and defend the rights and freedoms they guarantee to all Americans. Volunteer to give a guest presentation at a school near you!
There are many opportunities to give a school presentation, including:
    • Constitution Day (September 17)
    • Election Day (early November)
    • Bill of Rights Day (December 15)
    • Flag Day (June 14)
Just ask the school principal or teacher whose school you'd like to visit if you can give a guest presentation on one of these days—or any other day of the year!
BORDC has developed resources for K-12 students and teachers, including lesson plans for guest presentations.

Donate resources to support BORDC's work

The Bill of Rights Defense Committee appreciates your support and welcomes contributions of any size and any form. Donations are fully tax deductible.
Your generosity will support BORDC's efforts to raise awareness about—and mobilize grassroots action supporting—the liberty and privacy interests that once united our nation across the political spectrum. National security policies including surveillance, detention, torture, and secrecy continue to undermine our nation's constitutional values, and will continue to drive a false consensus in Washington until an engaged, active, and diverse movement emerges to challenge it. BORDC stands on the front line of the struggle to build that movement, and invites you to join us in our compelling work.
Make a donation today.

You can also reach out to your elected officials directly about your concerns. Find your legislators' contact information.
